Oscar's parents wonder how they will ever communicate with their nonverbal, autisitic child.
New Big Sky Singers: Hallelujah (50 Years Ago Today) a bandcamp.com
Requiem for Native America juxtaposes Native America with Catholic missionaries (Black Robes).
Oscar the Flying Boy introduces Oscar, a nonverbal autistic child, his struggles and triumphs and his journey toward communication.
Oscar, a nonverbal, autistic child, loves to jump on the trampoline. It is in those moments of weightlessness that he feels free from any constraints.
This CD was produced in 2019 and is the New Big Sky Singers second major recording. The members of the group met at The University of Montana in the late 1960's and have been singing ever since. This album is a celebration of their long friendship.
The album honors the NBSS members' musical relationship and honors many of the song writers they admired during their journey.
